Job Description

Job Summary

We are looking for a client-focused and results-driven Account Manager to manage and grow key customer accounts for our ERP solutions. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing existing client relationships, driving renewals, upselling modules, and ensuring customer satisfaction across assigned accounts.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end client relationships across assigned ERP accounts
  • Act as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring their business needs are met
  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts
  • Collaborate with internal teams (pre-sales, implementation, support) to ensure smooth delivery
  • Drive account renewals and build long-term relationships
  • Maintain account plans and track key metrics like CSAT, revenue growth, and churn
  • Ensure timely resolution of customer issues and act as their advocate internally
  • Conduct regular business reviews and strategy meetings with clients

Requirements

  • 4–8 years of experience in B2B account management or ERP/SaaS sales
  • Strong understanding of ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, NetSuite, Tally, etc.)
  • Excellent relationship management, negotiation, and communication skills
  • Ability to understand client business processes and align ERP modules accordingly
  • Proven track record in renewals, retention, and revenue expansion
  • Willingness to travel if required
