Xtec Global is a fast-growing IT and business solutions company, now expanding into logistics and supply chain management. We are looking for a motivated Logistics Freight Broker to join our team and handle end-to-end freight brokerage operations, including building relationships with sellers, suppliers, and carriers to ensure smooth, cost-effective, and timely shipment of goods.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source and manage reliable carriers and suppliers for freight movement.
• Negotiate competitive freight rates while ensuring service quality.
• Coordinate with sellers, suppliers, and carriers for smooth pickup, transit, and delivery of shipments.
• Manage contracts, freight documentation, billing, and payment records.
• Track shipments, resolve delays or disputes, and ensure on-time deliveries.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with shippers, suppliers, and carrier networks.
• Explore and onboard new sellers, suppliers, and carriers to expand business opportunities.
• Leverage affiliate marketing and digital tools to attract new sellers and grow logistics partnerships.
• Prepare and maintain performance reports, rate analyses, and shipment records.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or related field (preferred).
• Knowledge of freight brokerage, logistics operations, and shipping regulations.
• Experience working with sellers, suppliers, and carriers in e-commerce or logistics.
• Basic understanding of affiliate marketing and digital sales strategies.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office, Excel, and transport management software.
• Analytical and detail-oriented mindset with ability to multitask.
