About the Role

We are seeking a Senior E-commerce Specialist to oversee and streamline our day-to-day e-commerce operations. This role involves full-cycle order management, coordination with logistics partners, inventory control through Unicommerce, and ensuring top-notch customer service. You’ll play a key role in scaling our operations efficiently and ensuring a seamless customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily e-commerce operations, including order processing, returns, cancellations, and fulfillment via WooCommerce and Unicommerce
• Monitor and maintain accurate inventory records; coordinate with warehouse for timely restocking
• Liaise with logistics and courier partners to ensure timely deliveries and resolve shipping issues
• Oversee customer service queries (email/phone/chat) and ensure prompt resolution
• Prepare weekly reports on sales, returns, delivery SLAs, and operational performance
• Identify process gaps and suggest improvements to enhance operational efficiency
• Collaborate with internal teams (sales, warehouse, tech) for smooth workflow
• Assist in onboarding and mentoring junior operations staff if needed

Must-Have:

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
• Minimum 4 years of hands-on experience in e-commerce or supply chain operations
• Strong working knowledge of WooCommerce and Unicommerce
• Proficiency in MS Excel and data-driven reporting
• Experience with courier aggregators and order management systems
• Strong attention to detail and process orientation

Nice to Have:

• Experience with CRM tools and support platforms like Zoho
• Familiarity with warehouse operations and basic auditing practices
• Prior experience supervising junior staff or operations team
• Working knowledge of other platforms like Shopify

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
