Job Title: E-commerce & Digital Marketing Specialist (Jewellery Brand)

About Us:

We are a growing handmade jewellery brand focused on creating unique, high-quality pieces that reflect individuality and craftsmanship. We're looking for a creative and driven E-commerce Specialist to help expand our online presence and increase sales through platforms like Etsy and other digital channels.

Key Responsibilities: E-commerce Platform Management

• Create, optimize, and manage product listings on Etsy (and possibly other platforms like Shopify, Amazon Handmade)
• Write compelling product titles, descriptions, and tags using SEO best practices
• Manage product photography (coordinate with photographer or basic editing)
• Monitor inventory and update listings as needed

Digital Marketing & Brand Growth

• Develop and execute a digital marketing strategy focused on driving traffic and conversions
• Manage and grow our social media accounts (Instagram, Pinterest, Facebook, TikTok)
• Run and optimize paid ads on Etsy, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), and Google (if applicable)
• Collaborate on email marketing campaigns (Mailchimp, Klaviyo, etc.)

Performance & Reporting

• Analyze Etsy and website analytics to track sales performance
• Report on KPIs like traffic, conversion rate, ad spend ROI
• Recommend data-driven improvements to increase visibility and sales

Requirements:

• Proven experience managing Etsy stores or similar e-commerce platforms
• Strong understanding of SEO, especially for product listings
• Experience in social media marketing and paid ads
• Knowledge of email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, Klaviyo)
• Basic photo editing skills (e.g., Canva, Photoshop) are a plus
• Strong attention to detail, creative thinking, and ability to work independently

Nice to Have:

• Experience in fashion, lifestyle, or handmade product marketing
• Interest or background in jewellery or crafts
• Graphic design skills (for creating marketing materials, banners, etc.)
