Ecommerce Manager

We are seeking a skilled and motivated E-Commerce Specialist to manage and grow our online presence across platforms such as Etsy, Pinterest, and Facebook. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of e-commerce operations, with a particular focus on the jewellery category.

Key Responsibilities:

Product Listing & Optimization:

• Create, manage, and optimize jewellery listings on Etsy, Pinterest, and Facebook Shop.
• Ensure product descriptions, titles, tags, and images are SEO-friendly and aligned with brand guidelines.

Order & Inventory Management:

• Oversee order processing, shipping coordination, and inventory tracking.
• Manage order updates and handle any delivery issues efficiently.

Customer Support:

• Communicate professionally with customers via platform messages and emails.
• Address inquiries, resolve issues, and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.

Data Tracking & Reporting:

• Maintain records of sales, inventory, and customer data using tools like Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
• Monitor performance metrics and suggest improvements.

Platform Expertise:

• Demonstrate strong working knowledge of the Etsy platform, including best practices, policy compliance, and trend analysis.
• AI Tools Utilization:

Utilize ChatGPT or similar AI tools to enhance product listings, generate content, and improve customer interaction workflows.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

• E-Commerce: 1 year (Preferred)
