Job Description

We are looking for a skilled and proactive E-commerce Specialist to manage end-to-end operations across online marketplaces (such as Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, etc.) and the Shopify platform. The ideal candidate will be responsible for onboarding, catalog management, promotions, advertising campaigns, SEO, reporting, daily order management, and overall growth optimization. This role requires strong operational skills, attention to detail, and a deep understanding of e-commerce platforms and strategies.

Key Responsibilities:Marketplace Management (Amazon, Flipkart, etc.):

  • Manage seller account onboarding and marketplace integrations.
  • Create, update, and optimize product catalogs (images, descriptions, pricing, specifications, etc.).
  • Run and manage promotional campaigns, deals, and offers on various platforms.
  • Plan, execute, and monitor paid ad campaigns (sponsored products, display ads, etc.).
  • Optimize product listings using keyword research and SEO best practices to improve visibility and rankings.
  • Track and analyze product performance metrics; generate actionable insights and weekly/monthly reports.
  • Handle day-to-day order processing, inventory management, dispatch coordination, and return handling.
  • Coordinate with warehouse/logistics teams to ensure timely fulfillment and delivery.
  • Resolve listing issues, customer complaints, and operational escalations on marketplaces.
  • Stay updated with platform policy changes and competitive trends.

Shopify Store Management:

  • Maintain and update the Shopify storefront, collections, and product listings.
  • Implement SEO strategies within Shopify to drive organic traffic.
  • Coordinate Shopify-based promotional activities and limited-time offers.
  • Monitor website analytics and user behavior to identify growth and UX optimization opportunities.
  • Oversee order processing, inventory syncing, return handling, and customer queries through the platform.
  • Collaborate with the design/marketing team to ensure branding consistency and conversion-focused design.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, E-commerce, or related field.
  • 2–5 years of hands-on experience managing marketplace and Shopify operations.
  • In-depth knowledge of platforms like Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub, Myntra Partner Portal, etc.
  • Strong command of Shopify admin panel, apps, and order fulfillment workflows.
  • Experience with ad campaign management (Amazon Ads, Flipkart Ads, Google Shopping, Meta Ads is a plus).
  • Good understanding of keyword research tools and SEO strategies for e-commerce.
  • Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets for data analysis and reporting.
  • Analytical thinker with strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
