Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Ecommerce Specialist located in Mumbai at Curio Cottage. The Ecommerce Specialist will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the e-commerce platform, including product listings, order fulfillment, and customer service. The Ecommerce Specialist will work closely with the sales team to create new opportunities for growth and develop strategies for increasing revenue through the e-commerce platform.

Qualifications

• Skilled in Microsoft Excel
• Knowledge of Shopify
• Knowledge of e-commerce Logistics
• Order Processing, Returns & Dispute Management using Unicommerce
• Creating DSR and providing data for fast and slow moving SKU's
• Cataloguing and coordination with Marketplaces, such as Nykaa & Myntra

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
