E-commerce Manager

to lead and grow our online business operations. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in e-commerce strategy, digital marketing, and online sales management, with a proven track record of driving revenue growth and enhancing customer experience. This role requires a combination of strategic thinking, analytical expertise, and hands-on operational experience.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute the overall e-commerce strategy to achieve revenue, conversion, and growth targets.
  • Manage end-to-end online sales operations across multiple platforms, ensuring a seamless and engaging customer experience.
  • Analyze website performance, sales data, and customer insights to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
  • Lead product listing, merchandising, pricing strategies, and promotions to maximize online sales.
  • Collaborate with marketing, content, design, and logistics teams to execute digital campaigns, optimize product pages, and enhance site performance.
  • Monitor competitor activity, industry trends, and emerging e-commerce technologies to maintain a competitive edge.
  • Oversee the management of third-party marketplaces, vendor relationships, and partnerships.
  • Implement effective SEO, SEM, and social media strategies to drive traffic, improve visibility, and increase conversions.
  • Ensure the e-commerce platform is continuously optimized for user experience, speed, and mobile responsiveness.
  • Manage a team of e-commerce professionals, providing guidance, mentorship, and performance reviews.
  • Develop and monitor KPIs, sales forecasts, and budgets to ensure targets are met or exceeded.
  • Coordinate with IT and development teams to troubleshoot issues, deploy enhancements, and maintain website security.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, E-commerce, or a related field; MBA preferred.
  • 7-10 years of proven experience in e-commerce management, online retail, or digital commerce.
  • Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms (Shopify, Magento, WooCommerce, Amazon, etc.) and online sales ecosystems.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools, analytics platforms (Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics), and CRM systems.
  • Experience in SEO, SEM, PPC, email marketing, and social media campaigns.
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and team management abilities.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Knowledge of inventory management, logistics, and supply chain processes is a plus
