E-commerce Manager

The Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced E-commerce Manager to take charge of our online operations. This is a hands-on leadership role for a dynamic individual who is ready to drive our business to the next level. You will be responsible for the end-to-end management of our e-commerce channels, ensuring seamless operations, team development, and sustainable growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operational Management: Oversee all daily e-commerce operations, including order fulfillment, inventory management, customer service, and logistics across Shopify, Amazon, and Flipkart.
• Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and motivate our existing team. Foster a positive, collaborative, and high-performance work environment.
• Hiring & Training: Identify staffing needs, recruit and onboard new team members, and provide ongoing training to ensure the team is equipped with the necessary skills to succeed.
• Process Improvement: Continuously analyze and optimize operational workflows to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance the customer experience.
• Growth Strategy: Collaborate with the founder to develop and implement strategies to increase sales, expand our product line, and enter new markets.
• Platform Management: Manage product listings, optimize content (images, descriptions, keywords), and monitor performance on all platforms. Stay up-to-date with platform updates and best practices.
• Performance Monitoring: Track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as sales, conversion rates, customer satisfaction, and inventory levels. Generate regular reports and provide insights for decision-making.
• Customer Experience: Ensure a high standard of customer service is maintained across all channels, handling escalations and implementing strategies to build customer loyalty.
• Inventory & Supply Chain: Work closely with suppliers to manage inventory levels, forecast demand, and ensure a smooth supply chain.

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience as an E-commerce Manager or in a similar leadership role, preferably within a direct-to-consumer (D2C) brand or online retail business.
• In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience with Shopify, Amazon Seller Central, and Flipkart Seller Hub.
• Strong leadership skills with a track record of building and managing successful teams.
• Excellent organizational and project management skills.
• A data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze performance metrics and make informed decisions.
• A positive attitude, a strong growth mindset, and a passion for continuous improvement.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• A deep understanding of the e-commerce landscape, including marketing, logistics, and customer service.
