E-commerce Manager

About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and skilled E-commerce Manager to lead and manage our D2C website and e-commerce marketplace operations. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise, excellent communication skills, and proven experience in managing multiple platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and grow sales on D2C website (Shopify) and leading marketplaces (Myntra, Flipkart, Amazon, etc.).
• Oversee end-to-end product cataloging, listing accuracy, pricing updates, and content optimization across platforms.
• Handle ERP systems for inventory management, order processing, and integrations.
• Manage and monitor API and software integrations for seamless operations.
• Work closely with the tech team on Shopify development, ensuring smooth functionality and performance.
• Utilize knowledge of HTML & CSS to make necessary front-end adjustments and improvements.
• Lead and manage customer support operations, ensuring high-quality service and quick resolution of queries.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (design, marketing, operations) to drive sales growth.
• Draft clear, professional communication and reports with strong writing skills.
• Ensure smooth coordination with external partners, vendors, and marketplaces.
• Stay updated with the latest trends in e-commerce technology and best practices.

Key Requirements

• Proven experience as an E-commerce Manager or in a similar role.
• Strong understanding of Shopify, D2C platforms, and marketplaces (Myntra, Flipkart, Amazon, etc.).
• Hands-on knowledge of HTML, CSS, Shopify Development & Integrations.
• Experience with ERP systems and managing APIs.
• Excellent communication and writing skills.
• Strong leadership skills with experience in leading customer support teams.
• A proactive team player with the ability to collaborate and multitask effectively.
• Analytical mindset with problem-solving abilities.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Education:
