E-Commerce Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and operate all e-commerce portals including

  Amazon, Shopify, Tata Cliq, Nykaa, Etsy

  , and others.
• Handle

  product listings, pricing, catalog updates, and inventory coordination

  with the production and dispatch teams.
• Create and manage

  advertising campaigns

  across e-commerce platforms to maximize visibility and sales.
• Track and optimize

  sales performance, conversion rates, and ROI

  across all channels.
• Ensure

  timely uploads of product images, descriptions, and SEO-friendly content

  .
• Collaborate with marketing and design teams for promotions, new launches, and seasonal campaigns.
• Oversee

  customer service and reviews

  to maintain brand reputation.
• Generate

  monthly performance reports

  on sales, ad spends, and growth insights.
• Coordinate with logistics and warehouse teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
• Stay updated with

  market trends, competitor activities, and platform algorithm changes

  .

Required Skills & Experience:

• 25 years of experience managing e-commerce platforms (especially

  Shopify, Amazon, Flipkart Nykaa, Myntra and Etsy

  ).
• Strong understanding of

  digital marketing, PPC ads, SEO, and analytics tools

  .
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.
• Proficiency in

  Excel, Google Analytics, and e-commerce dashboards

  .
• Detail-oriented, data-driven, and able to work independently.

Work Mode:

• Hybrid:

  Primarily work from home.

• On-site Visits:

  Travel to Bhadohi factory/office weekly or monthly for reviews and coordination.
