Running e-commerce at an early-stage startup is not just operations. It’s growth, hustle, creativity, and ownership rolled into one. We’re looking for someone who thrives on action - managing vendors, fixing stock gaps, optimising listings, improving delivery speed, and finding everyday ways to make the brand scale faster. You’ll be part of the founding team’s core engine, helping us build a seamless shopping experience end-to-end. If you’re organised, love systems, enjoy solving problems in real time, and want to learn how a D2C brand grows from 0 → 1 → 10, you’ll fit right in.


What You’ll Own (and Build)


1. Inventory & Supply Backbone

  • Manage purchase orders, track incoming stock, and prevent stock-outs.
  • Coordinate with multiple vendors to ensure fast and reliable supply.
  • Keep the inventory system clean, updated, and campaign-ready.


2. Order-to-Dispatch Excellence

  • Process daily orders with precision.
  • Ensure every customer gets a smooth, fast delivery experience.
  • Work with logistics partners to minimise delays, NDRs, and RTOs.


3. Marketplace & Website Operations

  • Update listings, pricing, stock, visuals, and content across website + marketplaces.
  • Maintain marketplace SLAs; handle escalations when needed.
  • Ensure high-quality PDP hygiene and campaign readiness.


4. Growth-Driven Ops

  • Track basic KPIs: dispatch time, inventory cover, return % and delivery performance.
  • Share weekly insights on fast movers, slow movers, and operational bottlenecks.
  • Coordinate with marketing for launches, promos, and new drops—ensuring stock, packaging, and listings are fully aligned.


5. Founder-Level Support

  • Work closely with the founders to streamline e-commerce processes.
  • Set up systems, checklists, and dashboards that will scale as the brand grows.
  • Add structure where needed, hustle where needed, and help build the backbone of a fast-growing D2C brand.


What We’re Looking For


  • Basic understanding of e-commerce workflows (inventory → order processing → dispatch → logistics).
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, “figure it out” startup environment.
  • Strong organisational skills with a sharp eye for detail.
  • Good communication, follow-ups, and coordination abilities.
  • Someone who takes ownership and loves improving processes.
  • Bonus: Experience with Shopify, Amazon, Flipkart, or logistics platforms.
