Key Responsibilities Manage daily operations for client accounts across ecommerce marketplaces Create and update product listings, catalog details, keyword optimization, and A+ content coordination Coordinate with clients for pricing, inventory, product information, and approvals Monitor listing health, returns, customer feedback, and raise tickets where required Track competitor activities and share insights with clients Prepare reports, sales summaries, and performance updates Support internal team in the smooth execution of tasks Ensure timely communication and delivery of client requirements Skills Required Basic to strong knowledge of e-commerce marketplace operations Excellent communication and coordination skills Good command of MS Excel (basic formulas, Pivot, Vlookup preferred) Understanding of SEO, PPC, or product ranking basics is an advantage Ability to multitask and manage multiple client accounts Problem-solving and proactive approach Qualifications Graduate in any field Prior experience in ecommerce is preferred Training will be provided for suitable candidates Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month Work Location: In person
