About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven E-commerce Manager to lead our direct-to-consumer (D2C) online business for fashion jewellery and apparel. The role involves managing and scaling website operations, digital marketing performance, and marketplace coordination across major platforms such as Myntra, Flipkart, Amazon, and Nykaa Fashion.

The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of managing a minimum of ₹1 crore in monthly digital revenue, with a strong understanding of e-commerce analytics, customer behaviour, and brand-driven storytelling.

Key Responsibilities

1. E-commerce Strategy & Revenue Growth

• Manage and grow the D2C website end-to-end, driving traffic, conversion, and revenue.
• Develop and execute digital campaigns to achieve sales and growth objectives.
• Oversee product uploads, offers, and on-site optimization.
• Conduct A/B testing and implement conversion rate optimization initiatives.

2. Catalog & Marketplace Management

• Supervise catalog operations and ensure product listings are complete and accurate.
• Manage pricing, inventory, and content compliance on marketplaces (Flipkart, Myntra, Ajio, Amazon).
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams for product visibility and promotions.

3. Performance Marketing & Retention

• Collaborate with internal and external teams for paid marketing campaigns across Meta, Google, and influencer channels.
• Plan and execute CRM-based retention campaigns via Klaviyo, WebEngage, or similar tools.
• Drive customer engagement, repeat purchases, and lifecycle marketing strategies.

4. Operations & Fulfilment

• Ensure smooth order processing and delivery in coordination with warehouse and logistics teams.
• Monitor SLAs, returns, and order ageing to ensure operational efficiency and profitability.

5. Analytics & Reporting

• Own the e-commerce P&L including revenue, marketing spends, and profitability metrics.
• Track KPIs such as CAC, CLTV, repeat purchase rate, and inventory turnover.
• Develop actionable dashboards using Google Looker Studio or Power BI.

Ideal Candidate Profile

• 4–6 years of D2C e-commerce management experience (website-led, not marketplace-only).
• Experience in fashion jewellery, apparel, or accessories categories.
• Proven ability to manage ₹1 crore+ monthly revenue.
• Proficient in WooCommerce, Unicommerce, Google Analytics, Meta Ads, Google Ads, and Excel.
• Strong leadership and team management experience across digital, catalog, and operations functions.

Performance Indicators (KPIs)

• Website Revenue: ≥ ₹1 crore per month
• ROAS: ≥ 4x | Conversion Rate: ≥ 2% | Bounce Rate: < 40%
• Catalog Accuracy: 100% | SLA Adherence: > 95% | Return Rate: < 5%

Pay: ₹1,800,000.00 - ₹2,000,000.00 per year
