Job Title: Delivery Executive (Field Job)
Location: Jamshedpur, Jharkhand
Job Type: Full-time / Part-time / Shift-based

Job Summary:

We are seeking reliable and customer-focused Delivery Executives to join our growing team in Jamshedpur. If you have a valid two-wheeler license and a passion for delivering great service, we’d love to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

• Pick up and deliver items to customers in a timely and professional manner
• Follow assigned delivery routes and schedules
• Ensure all packages are handled with care and delivered in good condition
• Collect payments (if applicable) and maintain accurate documentation
• Communicate with customers to confirm deliveries and provide excellent service
• Follow all traffic rules and company policies

Requirements:

• Minimum qualification: 10th Pass or equivalent
• Valid two-wheeler driving license (Mandatory)
• Own vehicle.
• Basic knowledge of using smartphones and delivery apps
• Prior experience in delivery is a plus, but not mandatory
• Strong communication and customer service skills
