Job Title: E-commerce Executive

Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated E-commerce Executive to manage our online sales platforms and drive growth in our digital storefronts. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing product listings, analyzing sales performance, executing online sales strategies, and ensuring an excellent online customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain online product catalogs on e-commerce platforms (e.g., Amazon, Flipkart, etc.).
• Upload and update product listings with accurate descriptions, images, pricing, and inventory status.
• Monitor daily sales, analyze performance metrics, and prepare reports for management.
• Coordinate with internal teams to implement promotions, offers, and campaigns.
• Handle order processing, customer queries, and coordination with logistics for timely deliveries.
• Conduct competitor analysis and market research to identify trends and opportunities.
• Optimize product listings for better visibility and sales.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for smooth online operations.
• Ensure brand consistency across all online platforms.

Requirements & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, E-commerce, or related field.
• Proven experience (1–3 years) in managing e-commerce platforms and online marketplaces.
• Strong understanding of digital sales, SEO, and online customer engagement.
• Familiarity with e-commerce tools, CMS, and analytics platforms.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
• Ability to analyze data and translate insights into actionable sales strategies.
• Attention to detail and high level of accuracy in work.

Desirable:

• Knowledge of graphic designing tools for product images.
• Experience in online advertising campaigns (PPC, Google Ads, social media).
• Understanding of inventory and logistics management systems.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
