Job Description:

We are looking for a Female E-commerce Executive to manage online sales operations, handle customer queries, and support order management across various online platforms. The ideal candidate should have good English communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to handle calls professionally.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage product listings, inventory updates, and order processing on e-commerce platforms (Amazon, Flipkart, website, etc.)
Handle customer calls and queries regarding orders, products, and returns
Coordinate with courier partners and vendors for smooth order fulfillment
Prepare daily sales reports and maintain records of transactions
Respond promptly to customer messages, emails, and feedback
Ensure excellent customer service and timely resolution of issues

Requirements:

Female candidates only
Minimum 6 months of experience in e-commerce (preferred)
Good English communication skills (written & verbal)
Basic computer knowledge (Excel, MS Office, email handling)
Ability to multitask and handle customer interactions professionally

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
