Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in planning, creating, and scheduling content across social media platforms.
Conduct in-depth research on industry trends, competitors, and target audience behavior to inform content strategy
Monitor engagement metrics and provide weekly reports with insights and suggestions for improvement
Stay updated on current social media tools, applications, channels, design trends, and strategies
Draft compelling copy for posts, captions, reels, and stories with a focus on brand tone and audience engagement
Collaborate with the design team to create visually appealing content
Support in organizing and executing campaigns, contests, and giveaways
Track trending hashtags and viral content ideas suitable for the brand

Requirements:

Strong command of English (written and verbal)
Excellent research and analytical skills
A basic understanding of different social media platforms and their audiences
Creative thinking and attention to detail
Ability to manage time and handle multiple tasks efficiently
Familiarity with Canva
Knowledge of current trends in digital marketing and content strategy is a bonus

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
