Job Overview

The Social Media Intern will support the marketing team in managing and growing the company’s presence across various social media platforms. This role offers hands-on experience creating content, engaging audiences, and analyzing social media performance to drive brand awareness and engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in creating engaging content for social media channels such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, and TikTok.
• Schedule and publish posts using social media management tools.
• Monitor social media trends and contribute fresh ideas to improve engagement and followers.
• Respond to comments, messages, and inquiries professionally and timely.
• Support campaigns through influencer outreach and hashtag research.
• Help analyze social media metrics and prepare performance reports.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media activities with broader marketing goals.
• Stay updated with industry trends and competitor analysis.

Qualifications

• Current student or recent graduate in Marketing, Communications, Media Studies, or related field.
• Basic understanding of social media platforms and digital marketing concepts.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Creativity and an eye for visual content.
• Familiarity with social media tools such as Hootsuite, Buffer, Canva, or similar is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Detail-oriented with good organizational skills.
