Job Description

We’re looking for someone who lives on Instagram and understands how to keep a brand active, responsive, and engaging.

Your role is to manage SortMyScene’s and our clients’ day-to-day IG presence — stories, posts, DMs, interactions, and overall vibe.

consistent activity, strong engagement, and smooth communication with the community.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Manage daily Instagram stories & posts for SortMyScene + client accounts
Respond to DMs, queries, comments, and mentions quickly
Maintain a strong online presence and ensure the brand feels alive & active
Coordinate with design/content teams for assets (you don’t need to create them yourself)
Build online relationships with creators, organisers, venues & audiences
Update clients’ pages with ticketing links, event reminders, and important communication
Track engagement + insights and share simple weekly updates

QUALIFICATIONS

Strong understanding of Instagram culture, trends, and engagement
Excellent written communication (Gen-Z friendly + professional when needed)
Highly proactive — someone who doesn’t wait to be told what to post
Comfortable managing multiple tasks at once
Prior experience in social media handling is a plus
