Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented E-commerce Executive to manage all aspects of our online business accounts. This role involves end-to-end handling of product listings, account operations, sales growth strategies, reporting, and coordination with other departments. Key ResponsibilitiesMarketplace Account Management Manage and operate accounts on Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, Shopify, and other marketplaces. Ensure compliance with platform policies to avoid penalties or suspensions. Maintain updated addresses, bank details, branding, and return policies. Product Listings & Catalog Management Create, optimize, and update product listings (titles, descriptions, images, videos, pricing, keywords). Regularly monitor product visibility, ranking, and conversion. Coordinate with the design team for product images, creatives, and banners. Order & Inventory Management Process orders, returns, cancellations, and refunds. Coordinate with the stock/inventory team to ensure real-time availability. Track dead stock, returns, and suggest clearance strategies. Sales Growth & Marketing Coordination Run promotions, deals, and ads on marketplaces. Work with the digital marketing team for campaigns (Meta ads, Google ads, social media). Monitor competitor pricing, offers, and trends to stay competitive. Customer Experience Management Handle customer queries, complaints, and reviews. Maintain a positive rating across all platforms. Implement auto-reply systems with brochures, images, and videos for customer engagement. Reporting & Analytics Maintain daily/weekly/monthly sales and profit reports. Track ad spend vs. ROI. Submit structured reports to management on sales, returns, and growth. Team Coordination Assign work to packaging, dispatch, design, and marketing teams. Ensure smooth workflow from order to delivery. Report issues and suggestions to management promptly. Required Skills & QualificationsMinimum 1–2 years of experience in managing e-commerce platforms. Strong knowledge of Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub, and other platforms. Good command of MS Excel, Google Sheets, and reporting. Strong communication and problem-solving skills. Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines. KPIs (Key Performance Indicators)Daily orders processed & shipped on time. Sales growth (monthly % increase). Return/rejection ratio maintained below target. Product listing accuracy & optimization score. Profitability of ad campaigns (CPS & ROI tracking).
