E-Commerce Executive

Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive E-Commerce Executive to manage our online marketplace operations. Your responsibilities will include product listing, order processing, customer communication, and inventory coordination. You will also manage marketplace ads, track sales performance, and ensure smooth operations across platforms like Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, and our website. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys data-driven work and can maintain accuracy in a fast-paced environment.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Product Listings: Create, update, and optimize product listings for better visibility and conversions (Amazon, Flipkart, Website).

Campaign Management: Plan and execute promotional campaigns, deals, and discounts to boost sales and brand visibility.

Market Research: Analyze competitors and market trends to identify opportunities.

Achieve Sales Targets: Work towards achieving set sales targets by optimizing strategies and driving brand growth.

Requirements

• Experience: 2-4 years in e-commerce
• Skills: Product listing, optimization, campaign management, data analysis.
• Basic knowledge of Amazon/Flipkart dashboards and word press.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and data handling.
• Ability to work responsibly and meet deadlines.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Juhu, Mumbai, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
