E-commerce Executive

🛠️

• Product Listing & Catalog Management
• Create and update listings on Amazon, Flipkart, FirstCry, and other platforms
• Generate SKUs, FBA SKUs, and update product attributes and descriptions
• Perform RC addition/listings for warehouse and marketplace sync
• Ensure accurate catalog data and troubleshoot listing errors
• Inventory & Warehouse Coordination
• Update and monitor stock levels across online channels and internal warehouse
• Coordinate inward/outward inventory movements
• Work closely with warehouse team for dispatch planning
• Order Management & Logistics
• Log and process B2C/B2B orders
• Raise POs or place orders with suppliers
• Pull stock from branches and provide stock availability & lead time to internal teams
• Track shipments and communicate order status to stakeholders
• Coordinate returns and replacements
• Reporting & Documentation
• Maintain order logs and shipment records manually and digitally
• Generate weekly MIS reports on orders, stock status, listing performance
• Liaise with internal sales, procurement, and customer service teams
  

✅ Required Skills & Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in e-commerce operations, logistics, or catalog management
• Hands-on experience with Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub or similar platforms
• Basic Excel/Google Sheets proficiency (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables)
• Strong communication and coordination skills
• Detail-oriented with the ability to troubleshoot listing or order errors
• Preferred: Experience with FBA processes, third-party logistics (3PL), or EdTech products
  

💼 Preferred Background

• Experience at an Amazon seller account (like JKobi or similar)
• Past roles in back-office e-commerce, order processing, or warehouse coordination
• Familiarity with online marketplaces and physical product shipping cycles
