Duties and Responsibilities Control manpower absenteeism percentage on manufacturing facility. (Below 4%) Should understand the requirement of- customers, clients, trainees, worker, staff and management. Should be sensible and intelligent decision maker in adversesituation. Develop, improve and maintain standard operating procedures for recruitment policy, training techniques and retention process in the department. Provide information and reports on data such as worker recruitment analysis, turnover, wage amount per grade, wage cost/person, training hours/days per person, Trainers efficiency, Bus/Vehicle management, hostel management, Canteen Management, accident control and education in factory premises etc. Design and implement training program with input from factory manager. Ensure timely worker payroll administration and timely distribution. Develop and implement an annual agenda for HR strategy in synchronization with the business plan. Detail knowledge about the HR and legal policies. Ensure all the policies and procedures are legal and compliance. Ensure safety policies (fire drill and first aid) are set as per compliance.

Overall 100% PCD percentage achievements. Plan and target fabric and trims in house date achievements. On time PPM percentage achievements. On time testing reports (trims and garment) receive achievements. On time delivery percentage achievements, to achieve and sustain the target. Provide a detail analysis of order booking against capacity of the factory. Duties and Responsibilities Reduce communication gap between marketing and productionteam. Review and analyse marketing booking plan for next three months and inform marketing about the under booking or overbooking situation. In Coordination with marketing and sample department, make sample plant least month in advance and make sure samples are sent to buyer as per plan. Followup with marketing team regarding TNA plan for each booked style and blocked orders. Follow up with marketing team regarding available substitute fabric and trims for sample making. Discuss with marketing team regarding PPS fabric and trims to achieve TNA for PCD. Inform marketing team regarding percentage PCD achieve and reasons for delay. Follow up with marketing team regarding bulk fabric and trims arrival as per PCD and PSD plan. Follow up with marketing and production team regarding outsourcing (if any) of garment and plan dispatch date. Arrange PPM with buyer QA and operation team and send MOM for the meeting. Work closely with micro planner to monitor the planning. To be able to predict any deviation on the plan to ensure smooth working of the plan.

Strong expertise in managing product listings, inventory management, pricing strategies, and other e-commerce operations to optimise product visibility, customer engagement, and sales conversion. Solid understanding of e-commerce platforms, tools, and technologies, including online marketplaces, payment gateways, order management systems, and customer relationship management (CRM) software. Excellent analytical skills in analysing data, conducting market research, and understanding customer behaviour to identify trends and opportunities for growth. Great analytical mindset with an ability to use data to drive decision-making and present solutions for boosting online sales. Proficient communication skills, both written and verbal, with fluency in English. Additional language proficiency in regional languages would be an advantage. Experience managing e-commerce platforms such as Shopify, Magento, and/or WooCommerce.
