Job Description

Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated E-commerce Candidate to support our online sales operations. This entry-level role is ideal for someone eager to learn about managing products, listings, and performance on e-commerce platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in listing and updating products on e-commerce platforms (e.g., Amazon, Flipkart, Shopify, etc.).
Maintain product details including descriptions, images, prices, and specifications.
Coordinate with warehouse or inventory teams to ensure product availability.
Monitor and respond to customer queries and reviews.
Help track daily orders, returns, and cancellations.
Assist in analysing website traffic.
Support promotional campaigns and seasonal offers.

Requirements:

Basic understanding of e-commerce platforms and online shopping trends.
Good Excel or spreadsheet skills.
Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
A degree in Business, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field is preferred.
