Job Description

As an E-Commerce Channel Sales Manager (ECSM), your role involves driving e-commerce logistics growth by establishing strong channel partnerships and implementing strategic business development initiatives. You will be responsible for end-to-end sales ownership, partner engagement, and expanding the company's presence in emerging e-commerce markets. Key Responsibilities: - Drive end-to-end sales strategy to achieve business targets, from lead generation to closure. - Strengthen and manage relationships with channel partners to foster e-commerce logistics growth. - Conduct partner trainings and highlight the cost-benefit of e-commerce logistics solutions. - Identify new clusters, markets, and opportunities for expanding the B2C customer base. - Analyze market trends, competitors, and provide actionable insights for business growth. - Collaborate with leadership to align sales strategies with organizational goals. - Manage key client relationships to ensure retention and satisfaction. - Coordinate with operations, marketing, and commercial teams for seamless service delivery and timely collections. - Implement upselling, cross-selling, and business growth initiatives in the assigned region. - Prepare and monitor sales reports to track performance and support continuous improvement. What You'll Bring: - Proven experience in the e-commerce and logistics industry, with a focus on channel sales. - Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills. - Excellent analytical and strategic thinking abilities. - Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and collaborate cross-functionally. - Results-driven attitude with effective communication and presentation skills. - Bachelor's degree required, MBA preferred. Preferred Skills: - Experience in B2C e-commerce logistics or last-mile delivery sales. - Proficiency in CRM tools and data-driven sales management. - Understanding of regional markets and distribution networks. - Ability to train, motivate, and grow channel partners.,
