Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Dynamics CRM Functional Consultant with 10-20 years of experience to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in consulting and implementing Dynamics CRM solutions.

Roles and Responsibility

Collaborate with clients to understand their business requirements and develop tailored Dynamics CRM solutions.
Design, implement, and maintain complex Dynamics CRM systems, including customizations and integrations.
Provide training and support to end-users on Dynamics CRM functionality and best practices.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Dynamics CRM implementation.
Develop and maintain documentation of Dynamics CRM configurations and customizations.
Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of Dynamics CRM with other systems.

Job Requirements

Minimum 10 years of experience in consulting and implementing Dynamics CRM solutions.
Strong knowledge of Dynamics CRM architecture, features, and functionality.
Experience with customizing and integrating Dynamics CRM with other systems.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and stakeholders.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
