Job Summary:
We are looking for a strong Dynamics 365 Business Central PreSales & Solution Consultant who can partner closely with Sales and Leadership teams to drive deal pursuits. This role is consulting-led, with responsibility for client discovery, solution shaping, POCs, MVPs, tailored demos, and proposal/RFP support, rather than pure delivery execution. The ideal candidate combines ERP functional depth, Business Central functional and technical(Architectural) understanding, and excellent client-facing communication skills.
Key Responsibilities
PreSales & Client Consulting (Core Responsibility)
Act As a Consultant During:
- Client discovery calls
- Sales presentations
- Prospecting and qualification discussions
Partner With Sales Teams To:
- Understand customer business challenges across Manufacturing, Finance, and Supply Chain, Retail
- Position Dynamics 365 Business Central as a best-fit ERP solution
Lead And Own:
- POCs and MVPs
- Tailored demos aligned to client-specific scenarios
Translate Business Requirements Into:
- Solution architecture
- Functional narratives
- Value-driven demonstrations
Support Deal Closures By:
- Addressing functional and technical objections
- Providing solution clarifications and risk mitigation approaches
Proposal, RFP & Estimation Support
Actively Contribute To:
- Proposals
- RFPs / RFIs
- Statements of Work (SoWs)
Define And Document:
- Functional scope
- Assumptions, dependencies, and constraints
- High-level solution approach
- Support work scoping, effort estimation, and implementation planning and documentation.
- Collaborate with delivery and architecture teams to ensure feasible and scalable solutions.
ERP & Business Central Functional Expertise
Strong Functional Understanding Of:
- Manufacturing
- Finance & Accounting
- Supply Chain & Inventory
Map Customer Requirements To:
- Standard Business Central features
- Extensions and customizations (when required)
Good Functional Understanding Of:
