Job Description

As an Area Sales Manager at our company, your role will involve the following key responsibilities: - Planning & Executing activities to achieve the Sales Target - Budgeting and Control of Sales figures, focusing on NCR & NSR Maximization - Getting sales target & product wise from State Sales Manager & preparing action plans - Acquiring New Customers & Retaining Key customers - Developing & Managing a channel of institutional customers while ensuring the best sales service - Conducting Market Visits to gather information about institutional customers, introduce them to our Brand and Product, and verifying Non-Trade Customer Sites - Implementing different strategies to ensure the recovery of outstanding amounts - Servicing The Network and escalating unsolved issues to State Sales Manager for timely resolution - Providing market data on new projects, competitor prices, policies, and systems - Coordinating closely with the CRM team for relationship building activities - Developing & managing the network of architects, engineers, consultants, etc - Resolving queries of institutional customers, customer complaints (product related), and coordinating with the technical team for timely resolution - Coordinating closely with Logistics team, C&F for timely delivery of materials - Proactively collecting market information, competitor pricing, and market trends - Understanding customer profiles from small-end customers to big corporate consumers - Demonstrating competition knowledge, benchmarking acumen, and analytical, problem-solving, decision-making skills - Displaying consultative skills, innovation, creativity, sales intelligence, planning, and forecasting abilities - Keeping track of all tenders in the assigned area and coordinating with Sales Manager IS, technical services for strategic support Qualifications Required: - MBA / PGDM Join us in our mission to excel in the Institutional Sales domain and drive growth through strategic planning and effective execution.,
