Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Duty Manager to join our team in the hospitality industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing daily operations, leading teams, and ensuring exceptional customer service.

Roles and Responsibility

Oversee front desk, housekeeping, and food and beverage operations to ensure seamless service delivery.
Lead and motivate staff members to achieve high performance standards and excellent customer satisfaction ratings.
Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance overall guest experience.
Coordinate with various departments to resolve issues promptly and efficiently.
Analyze customer feedback and implement changes to improve guest satisfaction.
Maintain accurate records of daily operations, including sales, revenue, and expenses.

Job Requirements

Proven experience as a Duty Manager or similar role in the hospitality industry.
Strong leadership and communication skills are essential for managing and motivating staff.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills are needed to handle complex situations.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Strong attention to detail is required to maintain high standards of quality and service.
Familiarity with hotel management systems and software is an advantage.
