Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Duty Manager to join our team at The Leela, with 6-10 years of experience in the hospitality industry.

Roles and Responsibility

Oversee daily hotel operations to ensure seamless guest experiences.
Coordinate with various departments to maintain high service quality standards.
Implement effective strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Manage budgets and optimize resources for efficient operations.
Foster a positive work environment and promote teamwork among staff members.
Handle guest complaints and resolve issues promptly.

Job Requirements

Proven experience in managing hotels or restaurants, preferably in a similar role.
