Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Duty Manager to join our team in the hospitality industry. The ideal candidate will have 5-8 years of experience in managing daily operations and ensuring exceptional customer service.


Roles and Responsibility
  • Oversee front desk, housekeeping, and food and beverage services to ensure seamless execution.
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reports to optimize resource allocation.
  • Coordinate with various departments to achieve business objectives.
  • Handle guest complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
  • Maintain high standards of quality, safety, and hygiene.

Job Requirements
  • Proven experience in hospitality management, preferably in a similar role.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Knowledge of hotel management systems, including reservation and point-of-sale software.
  • Excellent customer service skills and ability to handle diverse clientele.
  • Familiarity with labor laws and regulations governing the hospitality industry.
