Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Duty Manager to join our team in the hospitality industry. The ideal candidate will have 5-8 years of experience in managing daily operations and ensuring exceptional customer service.

Roles and Responsibility

Oversee front desk, housekeeping, and food and beverage services to ensure seamless execution.
Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reports to optimize resource allocation.
Coordinate with various departments to achieve business objectives.
Handle guest complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
Maintain high standards of quality, safety, and hygiene.

Job Requirements

Proven experience in hospitality management, preferably in a similar role.
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Knowledge of hotel management systems, including reservation and point-of-sale software.
Excellent customer service skills and ability to handle diverse clientele.
Familiarity with labor laws and regulations governing the hospitality industry.
