Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Duty Manager to join our team, with 5-10 years of experience in the hospitality industry.

Roles and Responsibility

Oversee daily operations to ensure seamless service delivery.
Manage staff performance and provide guidance to improve customer satisfaction.
Coordinate with various departments to maintain high standards of quality and efficiency.
Handle guest complaints and resolve issues promptly.
Implement effective strategies to enhance customer loyalty and retention.
Monitor inventory levels and optimize resource allocation.

Job Requirements

Proven experience as a Duty Manager or similar role in the hospitality industry.
Strong leadership and communication skills are essential.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills are required.
Familiarity with hotel management systems and software is necessary.
A graduate degree in any field is preferred.
