Duty Manager

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Duty Manager to join our team at the Crowne Plaza Pune City Centre. The ideal candidate will have 3-6 years of experience in the hospitality industry, with a strong background in managing daily operations and ensuring exceptional customer service.

• Oversee front desk, housekeeping, and food and beverage services to ensure high-quality standards.
• Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reports to optimize profitability.
• Supervise and train staff members to improve performance and achieve goals.
• Coordinate with various departments to ensure seamless operations and resolve issues promptly.
• Analyze feedback and implement changes to improve overall guest experience.

• Proven experience as a Duty Manager or similar role in the hospitality industry.
• Strong knowledge of hotel management principles, practices, and procedures.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Familiarity with point-of-sale systems, inventory management software, and other relevant technologies.
• Strong analytical and decision-making skills to drive business growth.
