Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Duty Manager to join our team at Taj Agra, with 4-6 years of experience in the hospitality industry.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage daily operations of the hotel, ensuring seamless guest experiences.
Oversee front desk, housekeeping, and food service staff to maintain high standards.
Coordinate with various departments to ensure efficient room preparation and check-in processes.
Handle guest complaints and resolve issues promptly.
Maintain accurate records of hotel transactions and reports.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Job Requirements

Proven experience as a Duty Manager or similar role in the hospitality industry.
Strong leadership and communication skills are essential.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Knowledge of hotel management systems and software is required.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills are necessary.
Ability to motivate and train staff to achieve high performance levels.
