We're seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented professional to lead our daily operations and ensure exceptional guest experiences. As a key member of our management team, you'll play a crucial role in maintaining our high standards of service and fostering a collaborative work environment.
  • Oversee daily hotel operations, ensuring smooth check-in/check-out processes and resolving guest concerns promptly and efficiently.
  • Lead and mentor the front office team, providing guidance and support to deliver outstanding customer service.
  • Collaborate with various departments to maintain seamless communication and coordination.
  • Manage guest feedback, turning challenges into opportunities for improvement.
  • Implement and uphold safety protocols and company policies.
  • Assist in staff scheduling, training, and performance evaluations.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to drive continuous improvement.
  • Handle financial transactions and maintain accurate records.
  • Represent the hotel professionally during management duties and when interacting with guests.

Qualifications

  • Diploma in Tourism / Hospitality Management.
  • Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in a similar capacity.
  • Proven leadership experience in a hotel.
  • Excellent reading, writing and verbal proficiency in English language.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a talent for building genuine connections.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and decision-making skills.
  • In-depth understanding of hospitality industry standards and best practices.
  • Ability to motivate and inspire team members to reach their full potential.
