Duty Manager

Job Summary:

The Duty Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the hotel service apartment during their assigned shift, ensuring a seamless and exceptional experience for all guests. This role acts as the primary point of contact for guests and staff, handling all operational matters, guest inquiries, service requests, and resolving any issues or emergencies that may arise, while maintaining high standards of service, safety, and security in a service apartment setting.

Key Responsibilities:

Guest Services & Relations:

o Act as the main point of contact for all guests, particularly for inquiries, complaints, and special requests.

o Ensure all guest check-ins and check-outs are handled efficiently, professionally, and personalized, especially for longer-stay residents.

o Proactively engage with guests to anticipate needs, gather feedback, and ensure their comfort and satisfaction throughout their stay.

o Resolve guest complaints and issues promptly, effectively, and with empathy, escalating to senior management when necessary.

o Provide comprehensive information about the property amenities, local attractions, transportation, and services relevant to both short and long-term guests.

o Handle and direct incoming calls, emails, and visitor inquiries.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
