Role Description

This full-time, on-site position is based in Amritsar and involves managing the smooth operation of the hotel, ensuring excellent service delivery and guest satisfaction. The Duty Manager will oversee daily operations, handle guest inquiries, resolve complaints, and support staff to maintain high-quality service standards. Responsibilities also include ensuring compliance with safety regulations, coordinating with different departments for seamless operations, and occasionally stepping in to assist during peak hours.

• Strong leadership, decision-making, and team management skills
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities
• Customer service experience with a focus on guest satisfaction and complaint resolution
• Ability to multitask, work well under pressure, and adapt to a fast-paced hospitality environment
• Proficiency in hotel management software and familiarity with safety and regulatory protocols
• Previous experience in hospitality or a similar managerial role preferred
• A degree or diploma in hospitality management, business, or related field is beneficial
