Qualifications: Bachelors degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience). A minimum of 4+ years of experience in technical recruiting. Strong understanding of software development technologies, roles, and skill sets. Proven success in sourcing and recruiting for a variety of technical roles, including software engineers, data scientists, and IT specialists.
