Roles and Responsibilities

  • Develop new business opportunities through effective sales strategies and relationship building with clients.
  • Identify market trends, competitor analysis, and industry insights to inform business development decisions.
  • Manage existing client relationships to ensure high levels of satisfaction and retention.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored staffing solutions for clients' needs.
  • Analyze sales data to track performance metrics and optimize sales processes.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 5-10 years of experience in IT services & consulting, preferably in a similar role (Business Development Manager).
  • Strong understanding of contract staffing, permanent staffing, domestic staffing, IT staffing markets.
  • Excellent communication skills for building strong relationships with clients at all levels.
