Conduct in-depth candidate assessments to ensure technical and cultural fit. Coordinate with hiring managers and clients regularly to provide updates and strategic input. Drive offer negotiations, onboarding processes, and ensure smooth candidate experiences. Maintain internal recruitment reports and dashboards for regular updates. Key Skills & Competencies: Minimum 5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, preferably in a consulting or client-facing environment. Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques and recruiting tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, etc.). Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
