Roles & Responsibilities

• Handle

  end-to-end recruitment lifecycle

  : requirement gathering, sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, negotiation, and onboarding.
• Work on

  Contract and C2H (Contract-to-Hire)

  positions across IT skill sets.
• Source candidates through

  job portals, networking, referrals, social media, and innovative channels

  .
• Conduct initial screening to assess

  technical fit, communication skills, and cultural alignment

  .
• Collaborate closely with

  account managers and clients

  to understand role requirements and hiring timelines.
• Maintain and manage a strong

  candidate database

  for future hiring needs.
• Build strong professional relationships with candidates to ensure high offer-to-join ratio.
  
• Ensure compliance with staffing processes and timely updates to recruitment trackers.
  

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 2 - 5 years of

  experience in IT Domestic recruitment

  with proven success in closing contract and C2H roles.
• Strong experience in

  end-to-end recruitment processes

  .
• Excellent

  communication and interpersonal skills

  .
• Ability to handle

  multiple requirements and clients simultaneously

  .
• Creative sourcing skills and ability to think out-of-the-box to attract top talent.
  
• Strong negotiation and coordination skills to manage both candidates and clients.
  
• Good understanding of market trends in

  staffing and IT technologies

  .

Preferred Skills (Added Advantage)

• Experience recruiting for

  ERP Technologies (SAP, Oracle, Workday, etc.)

  .
• Prior experience working with

  large staffing clients

  in India.
