Key Responsibilities

C2H IT Recruitment
: Source, assess, and deliver candidates for contract-to-hire (C2H) positions across various IT technologies. •
Client Delivery & Communication
: Manage ongoing client hiring needs and ensure timely closure of positions. •
Stakeholder Management
: Act as a point of contact between client delivery managers and internal recruitment teams. •
ATS & Tools Usage
: Work on Ceipal ATS and other sourcing platforms to manage pipelines and recruitment metrics. •
Team Collaboration & Mentorship (for Sr. & Lead levels)
: Mentor junior recruiters and coordinate delivery across teams. •
Market Intelligence
: Stay updated on contract hiring trends, tech skills in demand, and availability of talent in various regions. •
Reporting & SLAs
: Track progress against client SLAs, TAT, and hiring goals.

Desired Profile

1–5 years of IT recruitment experience with a
strong focus on C2H hiring
. • Experience in delivery or account management will be preferred (for Sr. TA/Lead roles). • Strong knowledge of sourcing tools (Naukri, LinkedIn, Monster, etc.). • Prior exposure to Ceipal ATS or similar tools. • Excellent communication and negotiation skills. • Bachelor's degree / MBA in HR or related field. • Immediate Joiners Preferred
