We are looking for an IT Recruiter to join our team. Candidate should be based out in Bangalore location and well familiar with the location.

Notice period immediate to 15 days max.

Should be ready to work from office.

Mode of interview - 1st round F2F, 2nd round virtual

An IT recruiter's job is to source, screen, and hire qualified candidates for IT positions
Experience 7+ years in End to End recruitment.
Identifying and engaging with potential candidates through various channels, including online job boards, social media, networking events, and referrals.
Creating compelling job descriptions that accurately reflect the requirements of IT roles.
Reviewing resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.
Conducting initial phone and video interviews to assess candidates' skills and experience.
Utilizing various assessment methods, such as technical quizzes or coding challenges, to evaluate candidates' technical abilities
Negotiating salary and benefits packages with candidates
Working closely with hiring managers to understand their needs and requirements for IT roles
Keeping up-to-date with the latest technologies and trends in the IT industry.
Should have experience for hiring VP, CEO, CTO, COO or similar kind of position.
Excellent hiring experience in Contract and Permanent staffing.
Excellent communication skills
