Domestic Recruiter

Key Responsibilities:

Source, screen, and recruit candidates for various domestic job openings across departments.
Post and manage job listings across multiple hiring platforms and job portals.
Conduct telephonic, video, and in-person interviews to assess candidate fit.
Coordinate with hiring managers to understand requirements and provide timely staffing support.
Build and maintain a strong pipeline and database of potential candidates for future needs.
Ensure smooth onboarding coordination in collaboration with HR operations.
Track recruitment metrics and maintain reports.

Requirements:

Proven experience in
domestic recruitment
across various levels and functions.
Strong sourcing and networking skills using job portals, social media, and referrals.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation abilities.
Hands-on experience with
Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
and recruitment tools.
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
