Job Description

Job Role:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Domestic Recruiter to join our team. As a Recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring top talent in the IT industry to fill various positions within the organization.

Responsibilities:

Work closely with hiring managers/ clients to understand their staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies to fulfill them.
Source potential candidates through job portals like Naukri/Monster, social media, referrals, and other creative methods.
Screen resumes, conduct initial phone screens and in-person interviews to assess candidates' skills and qualifications.
Manage the interview process, including scheduling interviews, preparing candidates, and providing feedback to hiring managers.
Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions and job postings in the Applicant Tracking System.
Stay up-to-date on the latest hiring trends and best practices in the IT industry.

Requirements:

Bachelors in IT/Computer Science or related field. Masters degree in Human Resources, Business Administration would be a plus.
Proven work experience as an IT Recruiter, with a strong track record of hiring top talent.
Knowledge of various recruiting techniques and tools, including job boards, social media, and Boolean search strings.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
