About the Role

Domestic Recruiter

Key Responsibilities

Source potential candidates through job portals, social media, professional networks, and other channels
Screen and evaluate candidates based on client requirements and job descriptions
Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to offer closure
Build and maintain strong talent pipelines to meet current and future hiring needs
Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions and recruitment activities
Achieve weekly/monthly hiring targets within defined timelines

Qualifications & Skills

Minimum 1+ years of experience in the Technical Recruiter.
Experience working with clients like product based or Big4 companies
Proven track record of successful candidate placements
Strong sourcing and networking skills
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple requirements simultaneously
Result-oriented mindset with the ability to work under pressure
