Domestic IT Recruiter/Sr. Recruiter - IT Infra Hiring

Work Mode - WFO (5 days/week), Day Shift, No WFH/Hybrid

Required

• Excellent communication, convincing and negotiation Skills.
• Need to have experience in complete End-to-End Recruitment Cycle for clients.
• Sourcing, screening, Cold-calling, head hunting and short-listing of eligible resumes for the clients requirements
• Sourcing experience on various platforms for acquiring suitable profiles (i.e Job portals/boards, Headhunting, Referencing, Social Networking Sites, Job Postings etc)
• Good understanding of different IT domains (Telecom, BFSI, Manufacturing, embedded etc)
• Must have experience in contractual hiring (C2H) of resources preferably in IT Infrastructure & cyber security domain
• Expertise in hiring across all career levels (Junior to Sr. Manager/Architect levels)
• Maintaining Candidate and client relationship and keep track of candidates in database
• Proven experience in performing under tight deadline and pressure environment

Preferred candidate profile :

Must have worked in IT staffing/consultancy environment

Must Have experience on IT Contract hiring.

Must have experience on IT Infrastructure and IT security hiring.
