Job Title: Domestic IT Recruiter Company: Radiansys Technologies Pvt Ltd.. Location: Sector - 48, Sohna Road, Gurugram, HR (On-site role) Employment Type: Full-Time What Makes You a Fit: 2 to 5 years of experience in Domestic IT Recruitment (Contract, Contract-to-hire & Permanent). Strong exposure working with top Tier 1 and Tier 2 implementation partners across India. Proven track record in successfully placing candidates in SAP (all modules), Oracle, Salesforce, Workday, Java, .NET, Cloud, DevOps, Infrastructure, and ERP/CRM roles. Hands-on experience in niche hiring: SAP (FICO, MM, SD, ABAP, HANA), Cloud (AWS, Azure), Cybersecurity, Data Engineering, etc. Experience in sourcing from various job portals like Naukri Resdex, LinkedIn Recruiter, Foundit (formerly Monster), etc. Expertise in Boolean search and headhunting passive candidates through LinkedIn and other social platforms. Experience working with an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) – Ceipal preferred. Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills. Ability to manage multiple open positions, prioritize effectively, and work in a fast-paced environment. Comfortable working under tight deadlines and submission targets. Show more Show less
