Position: Domestic IT Recruiter

• Excellent negotiation skills

  with proven offer closure experience.
• Strong understanding of the domestic job market, especially IT/Non-IT roles.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle multiple requirements simultaneously.
• Good time management and target-driven approach.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree (MBA in HR preferred but not mandatory).
• 2 years of hands-on recruitment experience in domestic staffing.
• Experience working in fast-paced staffing agencies or RPO environments is a plus.

Key Responsibilities

Sourcing & Screening

• Source high-quality profiles through job portals (Naukri, Indeed, Shine), social media, networking, and internal databases.
• Screen candidates based on skill set, experience, location, salary, and availability.
• Conduct detailed telephonic screening to evaluate technical and non-technical skills.
• Create talent pipelines for recurring and critical roles.

Negotiation & Coordination

• Lead end-to-end offer negotiations (salary discussions, notice period, joining dates).
• Ensure candidates align with client budgets and expectations.
• Maintain strong follow-up with candidates until onboarding.
• Handle counteroffers and retention discussions professionally.

Requirement Management

• Work closely with hiring managers/client POCs to understand job requirements.
• Align recruitment strategies with client expectations and timelines.
• Track daily submissions, interviews, feedback, and closures.
• Maintain weekly performance reports and recruitment dashboards.

Client & Stakeholder Interaction

• Coordinate with clients for role clarification, feedback, and updates.

Build strong working relationships with internal teams and clients
